Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About ERN1 / IRE1

O75460 NM_001433 NP_001424.3

ERN1 Antibody, ER to nucleus signalling 1 Antibody, Inositol-requiring enzyme 1 Antibody, Inositol-requiring protein 1 Antibody, Ire1-alpha Antibody, IRE1a Antibody, HIRE1p Antibody, IRE1 Antibody, Inositol-requiring 1 Antibody, IRE1P Antibody

The endoribonuclease IRE1/ERN1 encodes the ER-to-nucleus signaling 1 protein, a human homolog of the yeast Ire1 gene product. In S. cerevisiae, as well as in human, this ER transmembrane IRE serine/threonine protein kinase monitors the status of unfolded proteins inside the ER lumen in response to stress. Activation of ERN1 leads to oligomerization, autophosphorylation, and proteolytic cleavage.
