Specificity and Use
ER-HR3 antibody was raised against adherent F1 (CBAxBL) bone marrow stromal cells.
Recognizes mouse antigen ER-HR3. ER-HR3 is a cell surface antigen which is expressed by Langerhans cells in epithelium, a subset of mature macrophages and dendritic cells that are located predominantly in hematopoietic and lymphoid organs. Initial studies of ER-HR3 demonstrated expression on peripheral blood monocytes but recent studies suggest that expression is actually very low.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul.

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
