  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

EPLIN antibody was raised against the epitope recognized by A300-103A maps to a region between residues 700 and the C-terminus (residue 759) of human epithelial protein lost in neoplasm beta using the numbering given in entry NP_057441.1 (GeneID 51474).
Species cross-reactivity: Human. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse EPLIN is expected based upon complete identity between this ortholog and human EPLIN at the site to which the epitope maps.
Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Tris-citrate/phosphate, pH 7 to 8.
For research use only.

LIMA1 Antibody, SREBP3 Antibody, EPLIN Antibody, LIM domain and actin binding 1 Antibody

Binds to actin monomers and filaments. Increases the number and size of actin stress fibers and inhibits membrane ruffling. Inhibits actin filament depolymerization. Bundles actin filaments, delays filament nucleation and reduces formation of branched filaments.
