  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

EPHA8 Antibody, EEK Antibody, EPH- and ELK-related kinase Antibody, EK3 Antibody, EPH receptor A8 Antibody, EPH-like kinase 3 Antibody, Ephrin type-A receptor 8 Antibody, HEK3 Antibody, Hydroxyaryl-protein kinase Antibody, KIAA1459 Antibody, Tyrosylprotein kinase Antibody, Hek3 kinase Antibody, Protein-tyrosine kinase Antibody

Receptor tyrosine kinase which binds promiscuously GPI-anchored ephrin-A family ligands residing on adjacent cells, leading to contact-dependent bidirectional signaling into neighboring cells. The signaling pathway downstream of the receptor is referred to as forward signaling while the signaling pathway downstream of the ephrin ligand is referred to as reverse signaling. The GPI-anchored ephrin-A EFNA2, EFNA3, and EFNA5 are able to activate EPHA8 through phosphorylation.
