Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
ENTPD6 antibody was raised against recombinant protein corresponding to aa386-485 of human ENTPD6.
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
ENTPD6/CD39L2 exists a both a membrane form and as a secreted protein. ENTPD6, a nucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase, preferentially hydrolyzes nucleoside diphosphates and is strongly activated in the presence of divalent cations. Circulating levels of nucleotides in the blood regulate a variety of physiological states including cardiac function, hormone secretion, immune responses, neurotransmission, and platelet aggregation.
