Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone OX-43] (IgG1) to Rat Endothelium
IHC - Frozen, Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry
Rat (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [OX-43]
IHC - Frozen
Flow Cytometry (1:50 - 1:100)
Specificity and Use
Endothelium antibody was raised against rat peritoneal macrophages.
Recognizes an antigen of 90kD expressed on all vascular endothelial cells in the rat, with the exception of those in the brain. Recognizes resident and activated peritoneal macrophages, a subset of alveolar macrophages and erythrocytes.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
