Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and the development of IRMA assays for endothelin ET-1 which as a circulating plasma peptide has been associated with a variety of disease studies such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiogenic shock, acute myocardial infarction and uremia. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.
