Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About DYRK2

Q92630 NM_006482 NP_006473.2

DYRK2 Antibody

Serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in the regulation of the mitotic cell cycle, cell proliferation, apoptosis, organization of the cytoskeleton and neurite outgrowth. Functions in part via its role in ubiquitin-dependent proteasomal protein degradation. Functions downstream of ATM and phosphorylates p53/TP53 at 'Ser-46', and thereby contributes to the induction of apoptosis in response to DNA damage.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
DYRK2 Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysate from 293 cell line, using DYRK2 Antibody (P46). Antibody was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20ug.

Western blot

Western blot
The anti-DYRK2 antibody is used in Western blot to detect DYRK2 in 293 cell lysate.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysates from CEM, HeLa cell line (from left to right), using DYRK2 Antibody (P46). Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
