Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
DTNBP1 Antibody, BLOC1S8 Antibody, Dystrobrevin binding protein 1 Antibody, Dystrobrevin-binding protein 1 Antibody, Dysbindin Antibody, Dysbindin-1 Antibody, HPS7 Antibody, My031 Antibody, SDY Antibody, DBND Antibody, HPS7 protein Antibody
Component of the BLOC-1 complex, a complex that is required for normal biogenesis of lysosome-related organelles (LRO), such as platelet dense granules and melanosomes. In concert with the AP-3 complex, the BLOC-1 complex is required to target membrane protein cargos into vesicles assembled at cell bodies for delivery into neurites and nerve terminals. The BLOC-1 complex, in association with SNARE proteins, is also proposed to be involved in neurite extension.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with Dtnbp1 Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot of Dtnbp1(arrow) using rabbit polyclonal Dysbindin(Dtnbp1) Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the Dtnbp1 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
