Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
DNA ds antibody was raised against nuclei of Raji Burkitt's lymphoma cells.
Recognizes double stranded DNA. Produces a homogeneous staining pattern in the nucleus of normal and malignant cells.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: Paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue sections. Immunocytochemistry: Paraformaldehyde fixed cells. Positive control: Human tonsil.
PBS, 0.25 M sodium chloride, pH 7.6, 0.1% sodium azide
Do not freeze. Stable at 4º as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing will result in a substantial loss of activity.
For research use only.
About DNA ds
