  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

DDR2 antibody was raised against recombinant human DDR2.
Ni-NTA purified truncated recombinant DDR2-Trx expressed in E. Coli strain BL21 (DE3)
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3466 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3466 was determined to be 1:200.

Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

About DDR2

Q16832 NM_006182 NP_006173.2

DDR2 Antibody, CD167b antigen Antibody, Discoidin domain receptor 2 Antibody, Hydroxyaryl-protein kinase Antibody, MIG20a Antibody, Tyrosine-protein kinase TYRO10 Antibody, NTRKR3 Antibody, TYRO10 Antibody, Tyrosylprotein kinase Antibody

Receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) play a key role in the communication of cells with their microenvironment. These molecules are involved in the regulation of cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. In several cases the biochemical mechanism by which RTKs transduce signals across the membrane has been shown to be ligand induced receptor oligomerization and subsequent intracellular phosphorylation.
