Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone DE-K13] (IgG2a) to Human Cytokeratin 10+13
IHC - Paraffin, IHC - Frozen, Western blot
Human Cytokeratin 10+13
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2a Monoclonal [DE-K13]
Protein A purified
IHC - Paraffin
IHC - Frozen
Western blot (1:100) & (1 - 3 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
Cytoskeletal preparation extracted from human ectocervical epithelium.
Reacts with Cytokeratin 10 (56.5 kD) and Cytokeratin 13 (53 kD). Cytokeratins are a member of intermediate filaments subfamily represented in epithelial tissues. DE-K13 recognizes only Cytokeratin 13 on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
Western Blotting: Recommended dilution - 1-3 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Staining technique: Standard ABC technique (DAB+). Recommended dilution - 10 ug/ml (1:100). Positive tissue - tonsil. Pretreatment: 0.1% pepsin in 0.1 M HCl for
PBS, 15 mM sodium azide, approx., pH 7.4.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
