Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
CTSB Antibody, Cathepsin B1 Antibody, Cathepsin B Antibody, Cathepsins B Antibody, CPSB Antibody, Cysteine protease Antibody, Preprocathepsin B Antibody, APP secretase Antibody, APPS Antibody
Cathepsin B is a lysosomal cysteine proteinase synthesized as a zymogen of 39-47 kilodaltons (kD), which is subsequently converted into an active single- chain form of 33 kD (CB33) and, by additional processing, into the active 2-chain form containing a heavy chain of 27-29 kD (CB(27-29)) and a light chain of 4-6 kD.

Western blot of CATB Antibody in Y79 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). CATB (arrow) was detected using the purified antibody.
Flow cytometric of HepG2 cells using CATB Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
