Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
Human NY-ESO-1 recombinant protein.
Recognizes NY-ESO-1 protein at 23kD. Reactivity is confirmed with human SK-MEL-37 melanoma cells.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2.5 ug/ml. Heating in EDTA buffer, pH 8.0 is recommended for antigen retrieval. Positive control: Human SK-MEL-37 melanoma cells.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide.
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
The protein encoded by this gene is an antigen that is overexpressed in many cancers but that is also expressed in normal testis. This gene is found in a duplicated region of the X-chromosome and therefore has a neighboring gene of identical sequence.
