Specificity and Use
CSF1R / CD115 / FMS antibody was raised against synthetic peptide corresponding to residues around Tyr809 of human M-CSF receptor (KLH coupled).
Detects endogenous levels of human M-CSF receptors only when phosphorylated at Tyr809. Slight cross-reactivity with activated KDR and PDGF receptor. Does not cross-react with other unrelated tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse.
