Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular COL3A1 / Collagen III Products

IHC of paraffin-embedded NCIN87 xenograft using Collagen III alpha1 antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Western blot
Western blot of recombinant COL3A1 / Collagen III. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Species: Human, Pig
Applications: IHC, Western blot
Immunohistochemical analysis of Collagen 3 alpha 1 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Dog, Pig, Rabbit
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Immunohistochemical analysis of Collagen 3 alpha 1 staining in human skin formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Product Description

Collagen III antibody LS-C159386 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human Collagen III (COL3A1). Validated for WB.
About COL3A1 / Collagen III
This gene encodes the pro-alpha1 chains of type III collagen, a fibrillar collagen that is found in extensible connective tissues such as skin, lung, uterus, intestine and the vascular system, frequently in association with type I collagen. Mutations in this gene are associated with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome types IV, and with aortic and arterial aneurysms. Two transcripts, resulting from the use of alternate polyadenylation signals, have been identified for this gene. P02461 NM_000090 NP_000081.1
