Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

CDX2 antibody was raised against e. coli-derived rhCDX2 (aa 54 - 185).
Human CDX2.
In direct ELISAs and Western blots, this antibody shows less than 1 % cross-reactivity with rhCDX4. Applications. Western blot-This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 µg/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human CDX2. The detection limit for rhCDX2 is approximately 5 ng/lane and 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Immunocytochemistry-This antibody has been used at a concentration of 10 µg/ml to detect human CDX2 in differentiated human BG0IV stem cells. Cells were fixed with PBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature and blocked with PBS containing 10% normal donkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-100, and 1% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. After blocking, cells were incubated with diluted. primary antibody for 3 hours at room temperature followed by donkey anti-goat lgG at room temperature for 1 hour. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1 % BSA. Direct ELISA-This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 µg/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human CDX2. The detection limit for rhCDX2 is approximately 0.5 ng/well.
