Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CDKN2B / p15 INK4b

P42772 NM_004936 NP_004927.2

CDKN2B Antibody, CDK inhibitory protein Antibody, CDK4B inhibitor Antibody, INK4B Antibody, MTS2 Antibody, Multiple tumor suppressor 2 Antibody, p14_INK4B Antibody, p15 Antibody, p14_CDK inhibitor Antibody, p15 CDK inhibitor Antibody, p15 INK4b Antibody, p15-INK4b Antibody, p15_INK4B Antibody, p14-INK4b Antibody, p15INK4b Antibody, CDK4I Antibody, MTS-2 Antibody, TP15 Antibody

This gene lies adjacent to the tumor suppressor gene CDKN2A in a region that is frequently mutated and deleted in a wide variety of tumors. This gene encodes a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, which forms a complex with CDK4 or CDK6, and prevents the activation of the CDK kinases, thus the encoded protein functions as a cell growth regulator that controls cell cycle G1 progression.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Anti-CDKN2B mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY CDKN2B.

Western blot

Western blot
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CDKN2B (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CDKN2B.
