  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About CDCP1

CDCP1 Antibody, CD318 antigen Antibody, Membrane glycoprotein gp140 Antibody, SIMA135 Antibody, TRASK Antibody, CD318 Antibody

CDCP1 (Cub Domain Containing Protein) was isolated by representational difference analysis using extracts from colon carcinoma and normal colon. It is a putative transmembrane protein with three CUB domains and is thought to be involved in cell adhesion or interaction with the extracellular matrix. CDCP1 undergoes phosphorylation on tyrosine and may undergo shedding as the protein has been detected in the lumen of both normal and cancerous colon crypts by IHC.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of extracts (35 ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-CDCP1 monoclonal antibody.

Western blot

Western blot
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CDCP1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CDCP1.
