Usage
Reconstituted antibody should be used neat for Flow Cytometry. Use 10 ul to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
