Specificity
Recognizes CD8, the 33kD T8 antigen present on the human cytotoxic/suppressor T-cell subset. Strongly blocks the cytolytic activity of T8-positive CTLs. Also reacts with a subpopulation of Rhesus monkey lymphocytes which is identical to the population of human T8 positive cells.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunocytochemistry. Immunofluorescence: 1:10 Dilute in PBS, 1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10 Dilute in PBS, 1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
