Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/Paraffin). Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:40-1:80. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. 1 mM EDTA pH 8.0 is recommended. Positive control: Tonsil Tissue.
