Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
CD63 antibody was raised against cD63.
Recognizes human CD63 (53kD).
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: Blotting of CD63 from solubilized platelet proteins. Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. HIER and proteolytic pretreatment may not be necessary.
PBS, 0.1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Functions as cell surface receptor for TIMP1 and plays a role in the activation of cellular signaling cascades. Plays a role in the activation of ITGB1 and integrin signaling, leading to the activation of AKT, FAK/PTK2 and MAP kinases. Promotes cell survival, reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, cell adhesion, spreading and migration, via its role in the activation of AKT and FAK/PTK2. Plays a role in VEGFA signaling via its role in regulating the internalization of KDR/VEGFR2.
