L-CA (CD45).
Specificity
The rat equivalent of human CD45 which is a major membrane glycoprotein of 180kD on thymocytes and 180-240kD on other leucocytes. Recognizes a monomorphic determinant present on all forms of the L-CA (CD45) antigen. Binds to the membrane distal two domains of CD45.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
