Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone CD45] (IgG1) to Human CD45 / LCA
IHC - Paraffin, IHC - Frozen, ICC
Human CD45 / LCA
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1 Monoclonal [CD45]
IHC - Paraffin (1:10 - 1:20)
IHC - Frozen (1:10 - 1:20)
Specificity and Use
CD45 / LCA antibody was raised against cD45 isolated from REH6 cell line.
Recognizes human CD45. Reactive with 170-220kD cell surface glycoprotein(s).
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:10-1:20 based on the Indirect method. Dilute before use with PBS or TRIS. Pretreatment is not required.
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months
CD45 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitosis, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and thus is classified as a receptor type PTP.
