Usage
Suitable for use in Western blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Nepmucin. The detection limit for rmNepmucin is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
