Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
Specificity and Use
CD240DCE antibody was raised against human erythrocytes.
Recognizes human erythrocytes of normal Rh types but does not recognize Rhnull erythrocytes. Reacts with 31kD and 35-52kD proteins which were designated CD240DCE at the 7th leucocyte typing workshop.
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Immunoprecipitation. Recommended Secondary Antibody: F (ab')2 rabbit anti mouse IgG: RPE conjugate. Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control.
Tris buffered glycine, pH 7.6, 0.09% sodium azide.
Short term: 4°C. Long term: Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only.
CD240DCE is a hybrid gene product created when a portion of the RHD gene has been replaced by the equivalent region of RHCE
