Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone SN3b] (IgM,k) to Human CD24
IHC - Paraffin, Flow Cytometry
Mouse Monoclonal (IgG1) to Human CD24
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein G purified
Specificity and Use
Recognizes a 35-45kD glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchored glycoprotein expressed on B cells including the pre-B cells to the mature B cells but not on plasma cells.
Suitable for use in flow cytometric analysis using 100 ul peripheral blood cells or 20 ul/1E6 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
CD24 is a sialoglycoprotein that is expressed on mature granulocytes and B cells and modulates growth and differentiation signals to these cells. The precursor protein is cleaved to a short 32 amino acid mature peptide which is anchored via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI) link to the cell surface. This gene was missing from previous genome assemblies, but is properly located on chromosome 6. Non-transcribed pseudogenes have been designated on chromosomes 1, 15, 20, and Y.
