Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rat Monoclonal [clone 3F9-2] (IgG2a) to Human CD210
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG2a Monoclonal [3F9-2]
Specificity and Use
CD210 antibody was raised against soluble human CD210.
Recognizes human CD210, a 90-110kD glycoprotein, also known as Interleukin-10 receptor (IL-10R). CD210 is expressed on T cells, NK cells, monocytes and dendritic cells, although surface expression may be low. Recent work has reported an increase in intracellular expression of CD210 during dendritic cell maturation, but a reduction in surface CD210 expression (3). This clone is reported to function as a blocking antibody.
