Human K562 cell line transfected with murine CD19
Specificity
Recognizes the mouse CD19 cell surface antigen, a 95kD glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes. Clone 3H1069 has been shown to recognize the same epitope as clone ID3 in cross-competition assays.

- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry (Neat): 1:10. 10 ul will label 1x1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
