Specificity
Recognizes the human endoglin, also known as CD105. CD105 is a glycoprotein homodimer of 95 kD subunits. CD105 is expressed by endothelial cells, activated monocytes and some leukaemia cells.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. The epitope recognised by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. For IHC acetone fixation of frozen sections is recommended.

Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
