Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Protein A purified
Western blot (0.25 - 0.5 µg/ml)
ELISA (2 - 4 µg/ml)
Neutralization (0.8 - 1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
CCL13 / MCP4 antibody was raised against recombinant human MCP-4.
Recognizes human MCP-4.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization and Western Blot. ELISA:2-4 ug/ml (100 ul/well). Use as capture antibody in sandwich ELISA. Neutralization: 0.8-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.25-0.50 ug/ml. Detection limit is 0.5-1 ng/lane, under reducing and non-reducing conditions.
PBS, 40% glycerol
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
Chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes, lymphocytes, basophils and eosinophils, but not neutrophils. Signals through CCR2B and CCR3 receptors. Plays a role in the accumulation of leukocytes at both sides of allergic and non-allergic inflammation. May be involved in the recruitment of monocytes into the arterial wall during the disease process of atherosclerosis. May play a role in the monocyte attraction in tissues chronically exposed to exogenous pathogens.
