Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000. Recognizes the 30kD small subunits of either calpain isozyme. ELISA: 1:50000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 on 4% paraformaldehyde or 1% paraformaldehyde/4% glutaraldehyde fixed tissue. Immunocytochemistry: 1:100. Immunoprecipitation: (small unit, in the presence of calcium large & small complex).
