  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

C1qRP / CD93 antibody was raised against human CD93
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3777 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3777 was determined to be 40 ug/ml.Tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

PBS, pH 7.2, <=0.09% sodium azide

About C1qRP / CD93

Q9NPY3 NM_012072 NP_036204.2

CD93 Antibody, C1qR(P) Antibody, C1qRP Antibody, CD93 molecule Antibody, DJ737E23.1 Antibody, ECSM3 Antibody, C1q receptor 1 Antibody, C1q/MBL/SPA receptor Antibody, C1qR Antibody, C1QR1 Antibody, CD93 antigen Antibody, MXRA4 Antibody

C1qRP / CD93 is a cell-surface glycoprotein and type I membrane protein that was originally identified as a myeloid cell-specific marker. The encoded protein was once thought to be a receptor for C1q, but now is thought to instead be involved in intercellular adhesion and in the clearance of apoptotic cells.

Anti-CD93 antibody IHC of human lung. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3777 concentration 40 ug/ml.

Anti-CD93 antibody IHC of human heart. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B3777 concentration 40 ug/ml.

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with 0.25 ug of Purified Mouse IgG2b isotype control (open histogram) or 0.25 ug of Purified anti-human CD93 (R139) (colored histogram). Cells in the monocyte gate were used for analysis.
