Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Mouse Monoclonal [clone A70-A/A9] (IgG1) to Human Blood Group H
IHC - Paraffin, IHC - Frozen
Human Blood Group H

IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Blood Group H antibody was raised against neuraminidase- treated live cells of the T-47D breast carcinoma cell lines. The isolated splenocytes of the mice were fused with the myeloma cell line X63-Ag8.653.
A70-A/A9 recognizes the epitope Fuc alpha 1-2 Gal beta 1 and is therefore specific for blood group antigen H detecting H2, LeY and Leb and the mAb has no cross-reactivity with the blood group antigens A, B, Lea and Lex. The specificity of the mAb closely resembles that of mAb M/A 15-5 (Miyake & Hakomori, Biochem. 30, 3328 (1991).
