Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal (IgG) to E. coli Beta Galactosidase
E. coli Beta Galactosidase
E. coli (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
Recombinant purified E. coli b-Galactosidase. (~16kD).
Recognizes b-Galactosidase from E. coli.
Anti-tag IgG-Agarose may be used for immunoprecipitation and for affinity purification of fusion proteins containing the tag. The binding capacity of the column for the affinity purification of the fusion protein must also be evaluated for a given fusion protein. Immunoprecipitation: 25-50 ul of gel volume (50-10 ul of 1:1 suspension) per 500 ug of the protein lysate. For recombinant proteins with high level of expression, the lysate amounts must be optimized. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide, 40% glycerol. Coupled to Sepharose at 2-3 mg/ml bead volume.
