Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:1000 - 1:2000)
Specificity and Use
BCL3 / BCL-3 antibody was raised against this antibody was made against synthetic peptides corresponding to amino acids 2-13 and 107-120 of human Bcl-3. It will cross-react with mouse and rat, based on BLAST.
In Jurkat, a 45kD band is observed. Species cross-reactivity: Human.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000.
BCL3 / BCL-3 is a proto-oncogene candidate. It is identified by its translocation into the immunoglobulin alpha-locus in some cases of B-cell leukemia. The protein encoded by this gene contains seven ankyrin repeats, which are most closely related to those found in I kappa B proteins. This protein functions as a transcriptional co-activator that activates through its association with NF-kappa B homodimers.
