Usage
Suitable for use ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Renin R. The detection limit for rhRenin R is approximately 0.5 ng/well. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml. Tissue lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted.
