Usage
Suitable for use in Western blot: 1:1000 Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS,. 0.1% Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight.

10 mM HEPES-Sodium, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 100 ug/ml BSA, 50% Glycerol
Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
