  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

ATM antibody was raised against recombinant human ATM.
Recombinant protein expressed in E. coli corresponding to amino acids 980-1512.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B1684 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B1684 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.

PBS, pH 7.4. No preservatives added.
+4°C or -20°C, Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

About ATM

Q13315 NM_000051 NP_000042.3

ATM Antibody, A-T mutated Antibody, ATA Antibody, ATC Antibody, ATD Antibody, ATE Antibody, AT mutated Antibody, Ataxia telangiectasia Antibody, ATDC Antibody, Serine-protein kinase ATM Antibody, AT1 Antibody, Ataxia telangiectasia mutated Antibody, TEL1 Antibody, TELO1 Antibody

Serine/threonine protein kinase which activates checkpoint signaling upon double strand breaks (DSBs), apoptosis and genotoxic stresses such as ionizing ultraviolet A light (UVA), thereby acting as a DNA damage sensor. Recognizes the substrate consensus sequence [ST]-Q. Phosphorylates 'Ser-139' of histone variant H2AX/H2AFX at double strand breaks (DSBs), thereby regulating DNA damage response mechanism.

Anti-ATM antibody IHC of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody LS-B1684 concentration 5 ug/ml.
