Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (3.75 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
APOBEC3A antibody was raised against synthetic peptide C-TSNFNNGIGRHKTY from an internal region of human APOBEC3A (NP_663745.1). Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%), Gorilla (93%), Gibbon (86%).
LS-E26577 - Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-B7362. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
APOBEC3A is a member of the cytidine deaminase gene family. It is one of seven related genes or pseudogenes found in a cluster, thought to result from gene duplication, on chromosome 22. Members of the cluster encode proteins that are structurally and functionally related to the C to U RNA-editing cytidine deaminase APOBEC1. The protein encoded by this gene lacks the zinc binding activity of other family members.
