Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
ANXA1 Antibody, Annexin A1 Antibody, Annexin I Antibody, Annexin-1 Antibody, ANX1 Antibody, Calpactin II Antibody, Chromobindin-9 Antibody, Lipocortin I Antibody, Annexin I (lipocortin I) Antibody, Calpactin-2 Antibody, LPC1 Antibody
Annexin I belongs to a family of Ca(2+)-dependent phospholipid binding proteins which have a molecular weight of approximately 35000 to 40000 and are preferentially located on the cytosolic face of the plasma membrane. Annexin I protein has an apparent relative molecular mass of 40 kD, with phospholipase A2 inhibitory activity.
IHC of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of ovary tissue using anti-ANXA1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded breast tissue using anti-ANXA1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
IHC of paraffin-embedded Kidney tissue using anti-ANXA1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Dilution 1:50).
Anti-ANXA1 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY ANXA1.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ANXA1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ANXA1.
