Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Allophycocyanin antibody was raised against allophycocyanin
This APC-6A2 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.015 ug per test. A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
Staining of normal human PBMCs 0.015 ug of Biotin anti-APC (right) followed by detection with SAv-FITC. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
Staining of normal human PBMCs with APC anti-human CD3 (UCHT1) (LS-C107411) followed by 0.015 ug of Biotin Mouse IgG1, K isotype control followed by detection with SAv-FITC. Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.
