  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

AKR1B10 antibody was raised against a portion of amino acids 100-200 of human AKR1B10 protein.
The NCBI accession number for AKR1B10 is EAL24068.
Immunohistochemistry: LS-B2012 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B2012 was determined to be 10 ug/ml.

PBS, 0.2% gelatin, 0.05% sodium azide.
Store at 4°C for short term applications. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.

AKR1B10 Antibody, AKR1B11 Antibody, Aldose reductase-like peptide Antibody, ALDRLn Antibody, AKR1B12 Antibody, Aldose reductase-like Antibody, Aldose reductase-like 1 Antibody, ARP Antibody, HARP Antibody, HSI Antibody, Small intestine reductase Antibody, ARL-1 Antibody, SI reductase Antibody

Acts as all-trans-retinaldehyde reductase. Can efficiently reduce aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes, and is less active on hexoses (in vitro). May be responsible for detoxification of reactive aldehydes in the digested food before the nutrients are passed on to other organs.
