Usage
Western Blot Analysis: 1:1000-1:5000 dilution detects AKAP 150 in a rat brain cytosolic preparation (5 ug). Rat brain cytosolic preparation (5 ug/lane) was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-AKAP 150 ( 1:1000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
