  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About AHR

P35869 NM_001621 NP_001612.1

AHR Antibody, Ah receptor Antibody, AH-receptor Antibody, Aryl hydrocarbon receptor Antibody, BHLHe76 Antibody, Aromatic hydrocarbon receptor Antibody

Ligand-activated transcriptional activator. Binds to the XRE promoter region of genes it activates. Activates the expression of multiple phase I and II xenobiotic chemical metabolizing enzyme genes (such as the CYP1A1 gene). Mediates biochemical and toxic effects of halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons. Involved in cell-cycle regulation. Likely to play an important role in the development and maturation of many tissues.

AHR Antibody immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

Confocal immunofluorescence of AHR Antibody with HeLa cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
AHR Antibody western blot of mouse NIH-3T3(lane 1),T47D cell line(lane 2) lysates (35 ug/lane). The AHR antibody detected the AHR protein (arrow).

Flow Cytometry

Flow Cytometry
AHR Antibody flow cytometry of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
