Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About ADRA1A

P35348 NM_000680 BAA04960.1

ADRA1A Antibody, ADRA1L1 Antibody, Adrenergic alpha 1c receptor Antibody, Alpha 1c adrenoceptor Antibody, Alpha-adrenergic receptor 1c Antibody, ADRA1C Antibody, Adrenoceptor alpha 1A Antibody, Alpha-1A adrenoceptor Antibody, Alpha-1A adrenoreceptor Antibody, Alpha-1A adrenergic receptor Antibody, Alpha-1C adrenergic receptor Antibody, ALPHA1AAR Antibody, Alpha1C-AR Antibody

Alpha-1-adrenergic receptors (alpha-1-ARs) are members of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. They activate mitogenic responses and regulate growth and proliferation of many cells. There are 3 alpha-1-AR subtypes: alpha-1A, -1B and -1D, all of which signal through the Gq/11 family of G-proteins and different subtypes show different patterns of activation. This gene encodes alpha-1A-adrenergic receptor.
