Specificity
Specific for the hexon group antigen of numerous Adenovirus. Non-reactive with Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, Para 1, 2 & 3, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, H. pylori and mammalian cells. Known reactivity with 34 serotypes of Adenovirus including types 40 & 41.

- Immunofluorescence (1:10 - 1:50)
- ELISA (1:20 - 1:200)
Usage
Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Store at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
