Description
Recombinant Bovine Interleukin-10 (IL-10), also known as cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor (CSIF), is a secreted anti inflammatory cytokine produced primarily by monocytes. IL-10 inhibits the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IFNg, IL-2, IL-4, GM-CSF and TNFa. This product is a purified recombinant cytokine corresponding to a 160 amino acid sequence of bovine IL-10 and is suitable for use as standard in the development of ELISA assays.
