Western blot analysis of SLC26A4 using anti-SLC26A4 antibody. Lane 1: 50 µg human HK-2 whole cell lysates, Lane 2: 50 µg human 293T whole cell lysates. Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. Transferred to a Nitrocellulose membrane. Blocked with 5% Non-fat Milk/ TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. Incubated with anti-SLC26A4 polyclonal antibody at 0.5 µg/mL overnight at 4°C. Washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each. Incubated with goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000 for 1.5 hour at RT. Signal was developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for SLC26A4 at approximately 86KD. The expected band size for SLC26A4 is at 86KD.
